At Demo Design Gifts, all of our products are made to order, just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our items, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect customization provided by the customer, or buyer’s remorse.
We only offer refunds in the following situations:
The product is damaged or defective upon arrival
There’s a manufacturing or printing error
You received the wrong item
To be eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
Once your claim is approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method or the option for a replacement or store credit.
